Since 2021, I was part of BRIC (Brown RISD Innovation Community) as their bio-material advisor. I worked as advisors for student projects and hosted workshops and lectures around campus.
Raft is a mobile, portable relief clinic made to be financially accessible and eco-friendly. It is an effective way to provide aid support in war-stricken, disaster-struck areas. .
POD was a one-week design sprint for the NASA collaboration course “Design for Extreme Environment” . The design is for single occupancy efficiency simulation.
For this porject, I focused on tin sheets as the material to create a interactive piece that requires on additonal mechanism, only relying on the material tension.
